Interfere With A Waterway

The activities that are detailed in the projects Mine Management Plan (MMP) which has had public consultation during it’s EIS approval phase and a rigorous assessment for the MMP Approval are now required to have a "Permit to Interfere With A Waterway".

DITT Water Resources Division have carried out an assessment, including two site visits in 2021.

There are 12 activities that have been divided into two groups, Diversions and Dams. Details of each of these are included in the permits downloadable below.
