Mine Management Plans

A mining management plan (MMP) is the primary tool for managing compliance with the Mining Management Act 2001.
The MMP clearly sets out all the environmental and other legal and regulatory obligations that must be met by mining operators.


Depending on what activity is being carried out specific MMP's apply. Below are the three MMP's that are utilized as part of our Mining Authority 0331-04

Operations

This MMP is for when Mt Todd is in Production, It covers Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Closure and Environmental Monitoring

Exploration

This MMP is for the exploration activities that are done in parallel with care and maintenance  activities

Care & Maintenance

This MMP is for all the activities prior to Operations and excludes Exploration
